RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are happy to accept returns of items that are unworn with original tags, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receiving the parcel. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost.
Because the items are hand made to order, a lot of time and effort go into making them. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges at this time. The return fee will be the same price as your original shipping charge.

All packages are shipped with carbon neutral parcels and a tracking number.

Unfortunately, samples and sale items, custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
